Planning and Design Phase

Begin by selecting your lot and collaborating with an architect to design a home tailored to your vision, specifications, and budget. Contractor bids are finalized, and selecting an interior designer to assist is recommended but not required.

Pre-Construction
Phase
Secure all required permits and approvals while establishing a detailed construction schedule and making early material and finish selections. This helps to keep the project on track.

Construction Phase
Bi-weekly meetings ensure progress and selections stay aligned, while strict adherence to the construction schedule and swift adjustments keep the project moving smoothly.

Completion and Move-In
Wrap up the process with a final walk-through and professional cleaning before receiving the keys and a detailed owner's manual to your new home.

Post Move-In Support
We're committed to ensuring our homeowners' experience, even after move-in. We provide two inspections (45 days and 11 months after) to ensure satisfaction and a smooth transition.
